Москва.TASKS: Be responsible for managing strategic and transformational plan for EAST Procurement organization considering procurement compliance, process improvement, digital excellence, and capabilities; Lead and implement procurement strategic plan aligned with senior level procurement leadership as tracking and monitoring activities through procurement team; Develop standard operating procedures for all critical activities in the end-to-end source to pay process; Provide leadership, training, and guidance to procurement teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures; Co-developed and implement Procurement trainings designing functional competencies, organizing assessments and mapping training to close gaps identified; Lead Procurement process improvements (internal and external) in close collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams; Own Risk Management and Supply Chain Resilience agenda with strong support from Procurement leaders in respective countries Coordinate ESG/NZ Procurement agenda. OUR FUTURE TEAM MEMBER: Has a degree in business, international relationship, engineering or similar; Has 5Y of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement; Has Experience in process construction, project implementation, operational excellence; Has fluent English.
