Join us in this exciting journey. Responsibilities: Product Development: Lead the development of new products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, data scientists, and analysts, to ensure seamless product integration and functionality. Team Management: Manage and lead a talented team of designers, developers, data scientists, and analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and effective teamwork. Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Adjust the roadmap based on changing market trends and user feedback. Product Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's goals and market demands. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement. Launch Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the successful launch of new products. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive product launch strategy. User Experience (UX): Prioritize user experience and work closely with the design team to create intuitive and engaging interfaces. Gather user feedback and data to continuously improve and optimize the product. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including event planners, sponsors, and partners, to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development. Metrics and Analytics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of new product launches. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements. You are a good fit if you Have at least three years of commercial b2b product management, preferably in a startup environment. Have a strong understanding of SaaS business models, advertising and the business events industry. Speak and write in English freely.
