Project Manager

Job Purpose:To support the Global Sales Process and to ensure timelyand systematic business growth / acquisition, set-up andimplementation of new customer solutions through coordination andintegration of cross-functional / divisional project teams,building up product portfolio / customer offering, maintaining highquality standardsTo achieve steady revenue growth by building long-termpartnerships with key customers through development of integratedsupply chain / value added solutions and building seamlessoperational and information interface with key DHLcustomers.PrincipalAccountabilities:Development and implementation of complex / integratedcustomer solutions including effective operational set-ups requiredfor successful business acquisition and retentionOrganization and leading of project teams on thecross-functional/divisional basisIdentification of scope of services to be utilized withinvarious solutions based on customer requirements, includingstandard products and special solutions tailored to customerneedsDesign and implementation of efficient operationalprocesses based on customer requirements. Development of customersolution process maps, standard operating procedures and otherstandardized document formatsDevelopment and realization of project plans for customeroperationsSetting KPIs applicable to customer solutions, focusingon cross-functional and specific requirements within thesolutionCoordination of the customer operations deployment withdifferent DHL divisions / functionsAftersales support, including auditing implementedcustomer operations and driving for continuousimprovementBusiness trips to Russian regions to establish / reviewsuccessful customerDevelopment and consolidation of specific industrialsolutionsDealing with subcontractors in case external resourcesare required for successful project launch / runTimely reporting in accordance with agreed formatsand standardsKnowledge, Skills andExperience:Essential:University Degree2 years of experience in the Logistics Industry,preferably at the management or supervisory level in theoperational functionWorking knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint andMS ProjectLeadership capability is a mustExcellent skills of written and verbal communications onEnglish and Russian languages.
