Collaborate with the technology team to integrate market modes into our trading platform. Research and identify optimal trading conditions for different cryptocurrencies and trading pairs. Stay informed about market trends, news, and regulatory changes that may impact trading conditions. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses associated with market volatility. Utilize statistical models and machine learning techniques to analyze market data and identify trading opportunities. Work with large datasets to derive meaningful insights for decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including traders, developers, and risk management, to implement research findings into actionable strategies. Discover your Fit: Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline. Proven experience in quantitative research and analysis, with a focus on spot, CFD, or crypto trading. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing trading strategies, market modes, and execution algorithms. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, MATLAB, or similar languages commonly used in quantitative research. Familiarity with relevant quantitative tools and libraries. Deep understanding of financial markets, trading protocols, and order execution dynamics. Willingness to relocate to Cyprus after a trial period.
