What youll do: Identify and attract top-performing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for real estate sales roles, ensuring alignment with our company values and sales expectations. Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand team dynamics, sales goals, and hiring needs, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge. What were looking for: Proven experience in recruiting for Back Office roles, preferably within the UAE market. Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish connections within the real estate industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey the company's values and opportunities to potential candidates.
