Responsibilities: Searching qualified teaching personnel all over the world, using different international sources (hh, tes, infojobs, indeed, linkedin, social media etc.) Coordinate hiring activities. Prepare and post job ads online. Incoming resumes screening. Cold search using data bases. Interview with candidates in russian and english. Search for any information upon request, preparation of reports (google documents, excel) Participate in everydays meetings with the owner and school principal (in english). Expectations from Applicants: Fluent in English. Ability to work remotely and independently. Strong organizational and time management skills. Outstanding communication skills. What We Offer: Official agreement (договор ГПХ с ИП, самозанятым или физ.лицом). Fully remote work from any location. Five-day working week with flexible hours. Compensation is discused according to working hours (full time or part time).
