Relationship Manager for Financial Institutions (Western Bank)

Relationship Manager/Financial Institutions Requirements: Several years experience in banking, preferably covering Financial Institutions Substantial knowledge of relevant banking products essential (corporate and treasury) Several years of experience of working in the Russian market and with Russian Financial Institutions (Banks, Insurance Companies, Leasing Companies) as well as familiarity in working in a Multinational/International Financial Institution Fluent English and Russian essential Ready for business trips Main responsibilities: Negotiating and corresponding with Russian banks Development and maintenance of client relationships Identification of new clients of interest to the bank Initial contact: presentation of banks services/products; identification of client needs Negotiation of services/products to address those needs act as valuable counterpart for client by coming up with solution driven approach Ongoing contact with clients, expanding or closing down relationships as appropriate Arranging client events Preparing strategies for selected clients Negotiating new transactions Identifying, together with Central Credit Management, prudent credit risk limits for clients. Participation in preparation (together with credit analysis) of respective reports on transaction
