Company is headquartered in Dubai. www.neosun.com As a performing high-tech startup were scaling up our Global Talent AcquisitionTeam. We're seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional who can drive our business growth by finding and recruiting the top industrial sales talents for our teams around the globe. As a recruiter (commercial), you will: - Source, screen, and interview candidates for various sales related roles across solar energy markets, such as sales leaders, sales managers, account managers - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social groups and industrial communities - Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the business needs and hiring criteria - Negotiating and extending offers to selected candidates - Maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process at all phases - Support staffing and onboarding process - Participate in cross-countries recruitment projects: entering to new labor markets, tuning existing teams, launching teams in new assigned regions - Maintain tracking and reporting documentation on candidates qualifications and status, recruitment metrics and KPIs using applicant tracking system To succeed in this role, you should have: - 3 years of talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience preferably in the solar energy Hi-tech equipment or related industry in-house or from recruitment agency side - A strong knowledge of the international sales market and a proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial talents and meeting hiring goals - A good understanding and practicing of commercial candidates screening and assessment using various interview techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers - A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team - Fluency in written and spoken English (our corporate language).
