To provide this infrastructure, the division isobliged to accomplish the following tasks:Scheduling of meetings withIT departmentBriefing the IT department with the needs ofreportingMonitoring the performance of IT in terms of preparationof the requested infrastructureProviding the flow of information to the businessfunctions regarding the status of the infrastructure.Testing of the reporting infrastructure after thedevelopment.Identification of the bugs and missing parts of thesystem.Assuring that the reporting infrastructure functionsproperly.Planning andcoordination of the establishment of the retail data warehouse andselection of proper reporting tools in retailbankingThe retail MIS division is responsible for coordinationand planning of the establishment of the data warehouse and properreporting tools in retail banking with the help of IT department.To provide this, the division is obliged to accomplish thefollowing tasks:Being part of the data warehouse projectBeing the part of tools searching and identifying forreportingTest the reporting dataEnsure that the division will be capable of using datawarehouse and make relevant analysisPlanning,preparation, monitoring and reporting of retail banking budget,cash flow and financial statementsThe retail MIS division is responsible forplanning, preparation, monitoring and reporting of retail bankingbudget, cash flow and financial statements. To provide this, thedivision is obliged to accomplish the following tasks:Defining the information that should be gathered with ITand Accounting Dept.sDevelop the format of retail banking budget, cash flowand financial statementsProvide the flow of information from accounting and ITsides to divisionEnsure that values and reports are correct andup-to-datePlanning,preparation and reporting of new business plans and financialprojections related with the retail bankingoperationsThe retail MIS division is responsible for planning,preparation and reporting of new business plans and financialprojections with retail banking operations. To provide this, thedivision is obliged to accomplish the following tasks:Defining the information that should be gathered fromrelated departmentsDevelop the format of business plans and financialprojectionsProvide the flow of information from related departmentsto divisionEnsure the adequacy of the values in business plans andfinancial projectionsPlanning, preparation and periodicreporting of analytic reports for businessfunctions.The retail MIS division is responsible for planning,preparation and periodic reporting of analytic reports for businessfunctions. To provide this, the division is obliged to accomplishthe following tasks:Defining the information that should be gathered frombusiness functionsDevelop the format, type of analysis and analysistoolsDefine the frequency of analytic reportsProvide the flow of information from accounting and ITsides proper to make defined type of analysisEnsure that values and reports are correctPersonal Qualifications: University Education,Master Degree preferable Russian and English (Fluent) 2-3 years experience in retail banking MISreporting Computer knowledge, creating tailor madesolutions Ability to hire, train and manage teams Presentable
