Москва.As a Forex Retention specialist, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and optimizing their trading experiences. This role is crucial in retaining clients, enhancing their loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of our company. Responsibilities: Develop proactive relationships with existing clients in order to understand their needs and preferences; Providing personalized assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly; Create ways to keep customers happy and loyal; Analyze client trading patterns and behaviors to identify opportunities for growth; Collaborate with other teams to optimize the overall client experience. Requirements: Fluent in English; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Passion for finance and helping others succeed; Previous experience in client retention or account management is a huge benefit.
