Москва.Responsibilities: Define respective strategic goals in terms of investments strategy, based on customers segmentation; Ensure that customers trade terms conditionality is related to pay-for-performance counterparts; Build the framework of Trade Terms management, which enables to capture value growth and manage commercial risk; Analyze trade terms across customers & categories, define opportunities for TT optimization and build recommendations on conditionality to capture value growth; Develop a realistic plan on structural investments changes including a clear win-win for company and our Customers; Lead definition and development of Customers margin assessment and modeling tools; Support Negotiation campaigns preparation. Requirements to the candidate: More than 3-4 years experience in Revenue Management, Business development, Sales capabilities / Financial controlling/ Trade Terms management FMCG; University degree (preferably: finance, economics, maths, management); Strong analytical, presenting and organizational skills, ability to drive decision making process; Confidence in basic MS office applications (Excel and PowerPoint), other advanced analytical software will be an advantage; English language at Upper intermediate / Advanced level; Willingness to work in complex, ambiguous, fast changing environment.
