Москва.Obligations:Preparing weekly and store based sales estimates andstore performance targets and announcing this to alldepartments.Informing Merchandise team about the upcoming events.Sending detailed information to stores to get well prepared forthese periods.Preparing and updating store capacity plans.Measuring the performance of the stores, ranges, brandsand departments and taking actions to increase the performance andefficiency of these.According to sales estimates which are prepared by salescoordinator preparing weekly seasonal sales estimates in quantity.Follow the actual and revising if needed and reporting toMerchandising Group. Working with Merchandising Group in order tofulfill unexpected sales trends.Depending on stores commercial reports and store visitsreporting buying trends and customers expectations to MerchandisingGroup. At the end of each season preparing detailed report aboutthe products and presenting it to GM and Merchandisinggroup.Each season informing stores about new collection withmarketing department.In the SALE period transferring goods between storesaccording to sales.In wholesales and special orders executing the processfrom order to delivery.Requirements:Higherdegree1 year of professionalwork experience in a similar positionHigh-level ofproficiency in Russian and EnglishGood command of computerapplications including MS OfficeOpen-minded and quick learnerMonitoring andanalytical skills
