They are currently looking for mature sales professional to lead sales effectiveness function in Russia. As Sales Effectiveness Manager you will be in charge of development special program to increase effectiveness of the sales team and lead the best practices exchange. The main point is identification of improvement opportunities in sales activities; you will provide and approach clear market segmentation and enforce effective sales tools. Also Sales Effectiveness Manager works out long-term sales strategy and participates in its implementation. Our client is interested in candidates with proven commercial track record in business-to-business sales management (materials or packaging are preferable), people management experience, analytical and strategic thinking, interpersonal and leadership skills. Higher economics education and MBA is desirable. Good command of English is required for communication with HQ. Company offers decent compensation package including non-money part.
