Technopeak is one of the leading providers for IT solutions and services operating in the Middle East. Our company is providing services of the Outsourced IT Support (AMC), Cyber Security (MSSP), RPA and BI to our clients, mainly in UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), but expanding to Middle East Region (Saudi Arabia). We are now looking for a brave and charismatic Business Development and Sales Manager, able to attract new customers and develop key accounts in the SMB and SME sectors. This person will reach out to our potential customers remotely to ensure that sales targets are met. The majority of communication is in English. If you envision further growth in international B2B sales, we would be happy to discuss your experience. What will you do: Finding and reaching out to new SMB clients (warm and cold calls), presenting our main services such as AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), MSSP, RPA&BI; Helping our current customers grow by upselling new services; Looking for the new possibilities to grow customer portfolio; Consulting new clients about our services; Accurately keeping all the clients communication in our CRM and other corporate systems; Collaboration with the marketing and customer support department; Generating profit to the company by closing Sales. We expect you to: Have at least two years of background in B2B sales of IT solutions, experience in cold phone sales; Be ready to reach targets within planned KPIs; Have an experience of negotiating in English with decision makers; Able to analyze a large amount of information and, based on the analysis, formulate a plan for attracting new clients; Be active, resistant to stress, ready to learn and develop; Know how to prepare and conduct presentations for clients; Manage your tasks and communicate with the client in the CRM system; Be able to handle customer objections; Have experience in calculating project profitability; Familiar with Sales thermometer and Solution sales methodology; Focus on results. Would be nice: Knowing the IT services market, understanding the essence of IT support services, Cyber Security, RPA or BI.
