Fluent English (oral & written) is a plus. The candidate should be highly independent and self-directed, at the same time team player (high collegial interaction); able to capture helicopter-view, however at the same time able to go into the details; able to develop and implement complex and innovative concepts. Moreover he should anticipate problems, seeks opportunities; be willing to grow within IKEA company. Possibility to relocate easily and work in regions to grow competence would be a plus. The work tasks require you to be flexible, hardworking and able to perform in an ever-changing work environment. During the trainee period you will be given hands on tasks and projects to manage both on your own and as a member of a team. You will be coached by mentors.
