ECOS provides legal opportunities to invest in Bitcoin Mining We are looking for a Sales Trainer, who can take responsibility for training our team and apply their experience in organizing international sales. Responsibilities: Develop scripts, instructions, and regulations for training sales managers; Organize systematic training for the international sales department (clients: Europe, America, etc); Listen to managers' calls and provide feedback; Conduct trainings on sales skills for investment products for B2C; Conduct face-to-face and distance learning activities; Provide customer-oriented service training; Monitor and analyze indicators to improve team performance. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferably in Financial products/Crypto currency); Successful experience in onboarding and training sales department managers; Fluent in English.
