FUNCTIONS Controllership and Operational Excellence: Manage accurately and timely all accounts (receivable and payable) per customers of certain business segment based on RAS; Manage and perform month end close activities and ensure submission within deadlines. Collect and store all required accounts receivable and payable documentation. Prepare documents related on customers payable and service provided in accordance with RAS standards. Prepare internal reports for business. Prepare and analyze debts report and other reports required by businesses Ensure monthly balance sheet reclassifications are performed per KOTANYI corporate criteria. Book AR and AP transactions in the ledgers (Inventory movements, Sales and VAT recognition, samples and trade equipment costs, retro-bonuses etc.) timely, accurately and completely Customer Centricity and Internal stakeholders interactions: Follow and enforce controllership and compliance policies while maintaining strong working relationship with all internal business partners. Ensure all oral and written interaction with all business partners is at highest professional standards. Data queries: Interact and respond to auditor queries, internal and external business queries as necessary. Effectively support various KOTANYI Departments with customers of certain segment and controllership data requests. Skills & Experience: Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting with Russian Accounting Standards Upper-Intermediate or above English skills, both oral and written Ability to communicate at all levels with finance and other cross functional management based in Russia and Europe. Strong IT and financial system skills: Excel super user, 1C super user. Strong time management and multitasking skills; Self-starter, result- oriented person with ability to work under pressure. Ability to understand and balance customer centricity vs. Following controllership operational excellence principles. Remuneration shall be discussed individually after considering the results of the interview.
