Senior Legal Counsel

For our growing team, we are seeking a highly motivated, detailed oriented professional who ensures that the company follows the proper procedure in every way possible. This role reports directly to WayRay Founder & CEO and has unlimited opportunities to grow. Tasks: Designing and executing a strategy for increasing IP protection of the companys technology and products (including patent work) Giving accurate and timely counsel to the companys executives in a variety of legal topics Accompanying the company in its international expansion (China) Managing the companys contractual work including drafting of various corporate documents and internal policies Relationships with local authorities for corporate requirements Full-cycle investment deal processing Must have: Big 4 experience Fluent in English International experience Nice-to-have: Start-up company experience, ideally, in a tech or IT sphere Experience with Switzerland and China Required competencies: Excellent cooperation and communication skills Ability to work hands-on (please be ready that you wont have any direct reports at the beginning) Comfortable with change and ambiguity Strong team player Analytical and critical thinker Happy to embrace new learning areas in an ever changing environment What we offer Opportunities to grow and take a sit in the company's executive team (target position is Head of Legal/ Legal Director) Flexible work format (hybrid) Competitive salary and bonus for the outstanding results
