Senior Meta Game Designer (Remote)

Project - Lost Future. Responsibilities: Development and refinement of meta-game features; Designing the economic model, balance, and monetization strategies; Managing project documentation; Creating configurations, parameters, and fine-tuning game features; Close collaboration with the project team (art department, developers, localization specialists); Working with analytics; Requirements: Minimum 3 year of experience working on a free-to-play project in a similar position; Experience in balancing and shaping the game economy; Ability to create balance calculators/tables; Extensive gaming experience in mobile products with a diverse meta; Strong knowledge of the free-to-play gaming market and current trends; Experience in creating and implementing successful gaming mechanics; Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills; Highly Valued: Higher technical education; Knowledge of UE4 (Unreal Engine 4); Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
