KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Automation Framework (AF) is a collection of software components and guidelines that aid the design, creation, and execution of test cases for Bright Pattern Contact Center Software. Execute full Automation Framework development life cycle Implement test cases in AF JOB REQUIREMENTS: Work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer Ability to develop backend services in Python (async, Selenium) Experience with container networking on Docker Experience with application deployment by using CI/CD NICE TO HAVE: Experience in test automation Operations or systems administration experience on Linux Experience with MySQL and Mongo Ability to develop frontend application in JavaScript (React) WHAT WE OFFER: Possibility of relocation to California on an L1 or H1B visa.
