Currently they are seeking to appoint an experienced TAX MANAGER to join their team in Moscow, Russia. This is a unique opportunity for the right person. You will also interact with professionals from outside the company. Responsibilities Help minimize tax risks associated with mergers, and acquisitions, and other business dealings. Reconcile tax data on financial statements. Plan, direct and execute various tax projects. Responsible for federal and state tax filings and tax projections. Manage and review all components of the quarterly and annual income tax provisions, including all financial reporting and disclosure of tax components. Manage and complete various computations necessary to meet certain reporting requirements. Requirements Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Accounting or Finance. Masters degree in tax, preferred 3 + years prior experience in tax, specific experience regarding partnership taxation is a plus Experience regardingregulatory tax reporting issues is preferred. Proficiency level in MS Office applications, experience with tax reporting software CPA or other relevantcertification. Strong communication skills, including the ability to deal with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism. Must speak clearly, both in person and by telephone, using a high level of verbal skills and listen carefully. Strong accounting, tax and analytical abilities. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task. Must be able to work with a team, take direction from management, adhere to required work schedules and follow work rules. Possess good time management skills to successfully perform tasks with strict deadlines, organize and prioritize daily work.
