Teacher development manager (Assessment)

Москва.Novakid is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK and other countries). We are an advanced IT company of 400+ professionals. We are looking for Teacher Development manager with knowledge of English at the advanced level. Responsibilities: Do teaching quality assessment, Conduct one-to-one and group teacher training, Design training materials, Do course writing and course proof-reading, Provide teacher support (hot line), Participate in teacher recruitment (conduct job interviews). Requirements: Masters degree in higher education, educational administration, educational leadership or a related field Recognised ESL qualifications (Cambridge CELTA, TKT, Trinity, TEFL 100 hrs, etc.) English proficiency level C1-C2 At least 2 years of VYL and/or YL teaching experience At least 3 years of academic management experience Previous experience of remote work is welcome Skills: Strong time-management skills Strong communication skills The ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment Organisational skills Problem-solving skills Advanced computer skills We are offering: Remote work Full-time (40 hrs weekly) Regular performance review International team Extensive onboarding training Support and guidance
