We offer a full-service management on Amazon for all clients and use data-driven approach to optimize the content, advertising and keywords. We are a young dynamic team of 15 people with low hierarchy and strive for excellence in everything we do. Responsibilities: Sales Forecasting and Executing: Develop and implement robust sales and purchasing forecasting based on the various historical data of market places sales parameters, market trends, statistical sales data and companies growth targets to be presented monthly during S&OP process. Secure forecasted sales target achievement through flexibility in response to changing sales and purchasing market dynamics and conditions. Implemented data-driven strategies based on the various data analytics from market places sales parameters that result in a constant increase in overall sales performance according to company growth strategy. Create methodology and system for inventory distribution and re-pricing strategies between sales channels that align with sales forecasts and business objectives for growth and diversification. Together with IT team create an automation for the sales channels re-pricing strategies execution on the daily basics Secure maintaining an efficient advertising process according to targeted parameters. Develop and implement agile advertising process strategies that allow for quick adjustments based on real-time performance metrics, market and inventory/stock situation. Optimize inventory turnover through reducing slow moving inventory and minimize stock outs through effective planning. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of 4-6 specialists Sales team meeting structure creation and execution. Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback to team members Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture Providing guidance on best practices and professional development. Performance Management: Set and monitor individual and team targets Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization Implement initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance functional skills and knowledge of the team Identify and address training needs to ensure continuous improvement Conduct team members regular development talks to ensure each individual development plan creation. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales and demand planning function. Implement and oversee enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy for process within the scope of accountability. Cross-functional Collaboration: Close and constant collaboration with IT team for tools development and optimizations Collaborate with Operations, General Research and Finance teams to ensure alignment of demand planning strategies with overall business goals. Communicate regularly with stakeholders and IT team to gather insights and feedback for continuous improvement. Project Management: Oversee and coordinate team-assigned projects from initiation to completion Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Requirements: Higher education in Demand Planning, Economics, Data Analytics, or similar Proven (at least 1 year) experience on a similar role with direct reports management Strong leadership and team management skills Demand and inventory planning proven experience Experience with building demand planning models Proven project management experience, including the ability to lead and execute projects from conception to completion Programing skills Experience with dema
