Professional Challenges: Key Opportunity: Join as Team Lead for a specific section of our development team. With our continued growth, we are introducing a position for a second Team Lead within our developers' team. Be an integral part of our international team (communication in English), collaborate with top experts from global IT leaders, familiarize with SOC2 requirements, etc. Work with AWS and a robust tech stack. Take on a key role, with a deep understanding and vision of the app itself (C# / Unity) as well as the BackEnd (.NET Core/C#, AWS) and FrontEnd (TypeScript/React). Task accountability and timely delivery. Establish/improve optimal development processes. Participate in product development brainstorming. With growth comes the challenge of effectively managing resources be it human resources, tech stacks, or budgets. Ensure optimum utilization of available resources without compromising on quality. Tasks: Develop VR and AR products using Unity and C#. Lead a section of the development team. Ensure application performance optimization, especially on target devices. Regularly review and refactor code to maintain code quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as design, backend, and product management. Prioritize, assign, and manage project tasks to ensure timely delivery. Monitor project timelines and ensure that the team is on track to meet deadlines. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine and finalize project requirements. Document in English. Requirements: Mandatory: Fluent in spoken and written English At least 5 years of professional experience as a Team Lead. Independence and ability to guide the development of the assigned direction. Design sense. Be a great colleague for the designer and product owner: ask questions, suggest ideas, and implement without solely relying on detailed design and specs if necessary. Proficient in Unity 3D development, understand best practices in Unity scripting, and familiar with Unity's latest features and tools. A big plus: backend development experience (we use .NET Core/C# for backend), experience with AWS. Knowledge and understanding of network protocols, and experience with cloud-based server interactions.
