Description Role Description Skills, knowledge, qualifications and experience: Associate degree or 2 years relevant experience in industrial machinery services (automation, mechanics, electrical knowledge) Effective communication skills and consistent follow-up activity Proficient organizational skills Practical knowledge of time management Have learned key aspects, and be able to lead in training of operation and maintenance of Inovoject system, Follow all ethics and safety procedure guidelines Impact of vaccine production environment and biological issues Advanced trouble shooting abilities of new devices Responsibilities: Provide system management for all current and future Embrex devices Complete preventive maintenance program/annual services/devices tests as per service contract requirements Provide regular customer training and advices to secure the processes at customers. Provide troubleshooting as needed to minimize customer "down-time". Responsible for vaccine and sanitation preparation management to the customer. Develop effective working relationships with customers and maintain ongoing communication with customers at the operational and management level. Complete all relevant reporting forms and procedures including scheduling visits, customer site contacts, parts usage priorities, site cart management, certification program, vehicle and equipment maintenance within assigned time period. Contact with customers for all requests regarding contract application, modification, and renewal. Assist in the preparation of offers for devices, parts sales and service contract Support the development and testing of new devices, components and procedures designed to improve the operation, reliability or convenience of all systems. Report expenses and follow up with budget projections on quarterly basis. Collect production information from customers and make projection on future needs. Support the sales in demonstration/presentation of the devices to potential customers. Basic computer skills using Word / Excel / and Outlook Follow all safety/precautionary procedures. Regular communication with supervisor Maintain inventory with quarterly review
