Manager will be responsible for running one (Shop manager) or several (Territory Operations Manager) stores in different regions. The level of the position will depend on candidates experience personally. Key responsibilities: Reaching sales targets and increasing profits in 1 or several stores (10-15) Handling and overseeing all the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store/stores Hire, train, promote and demote employees Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency Talent management Implement store policies Monitoring conditions and trends within the market Requirements: A good team leader with self-motivation.
