Москва.Key responsibilities: This position is responsible for assisting customers (corporate clients) with travel arrangements, including air, hotel, car and train reservations. Requirements: Higher education (completed) - degree in Tourism Management is a plus. Customer service oriented personality. Good communication skills. Fluent English and Russian, written and spoken. Typing skills in Latin and Cyrillic. Computer literate (Work, Excel). Highly self-motivated individual with strong teamwork qualities. Detail oriented personality. Ability to work with office equipment (fax, xerox). Ability to work under pressure and perform overtime when required. Willingness to study and to further develop professional skills. Conditions: Office nearby Sportivnaya metro station. 8-hour working days, Monday-Friday Attractive compensation package, medical/accident insurance, paid lunch.
