Currently, we're looking to hire UX/UI Designer to join our team and make their own contribution to all our products. Duties: Develop user-centered designs for banking products within the crypto/fintech/payments sector, focusing on enhancing the user experience and simplifying complex processes. Collaborate with analysts to understand and translate technical requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Design and refine KYC/KYB forms, card processes, and other related features to ensure compliance and ease of use for B2B clients. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, ask clarifying questions, and create mockups to visualize and validate design solutions. Integrate various partner services, particularly in compliance and AML, while maintaining a seamless user experience and meeting regulatory requirements. Design adaptable interfaces for both mobile applications and web platforms, ensuring consistency and usability across all devices. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design to continuously improve and innovate the product. Requirements: Experience in developing B2C financial products and services. Expertise in UX design for B2B banking products, including crypto, fintech, and payments. Experience working solo. Must have experience with KYC/KYB forms. Ability to work with fragmented requirements, ask clarifying questions, and design quick mockups to refine product needs. Proficiency in designing both mobile apps and web interfaces is essential. Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
