Москва.Location Moscow (50% business trips)Country Russia, Kazakhstan & UkraineResponsibilities:Preparation of the applications for technical conditions for water supply/sewage/storm water, revision of its designs prepared by the design companies, supervising work of the contractor on approving of the designs, supervision of the contractors construction work as well as commissioning/ putting into operation of abovementioned constructed facilities, support for operation group in operation of the facilities.Project co-ordination/development, negotiations, problem solving tasks, governmental and industrial contacts and processes.NegotiationsRequirements:Experience needed (must have) 1-3 yearsWorking experience in similar position in Russia.Knowing the RF legislation, as well as technical norms, rules, SNiPs.Profile of the previous completed projects in this sphere (detailed description of the full working cycle).Russian protocol/bureaucracy and western corporate policy.Be aware of challenges foreign companies facing in Russia related to infrastructure and negotiations in general.Experience of working in a foreign company is a plus.Education needed - engineeringAdditional law or business background/education is favorableFluent English and Russian languageAdditional information: Flexible and open for business trips when needed
