ALTHAUS is looking for an experienced mid-level Corporate / M&A Associate to join its Legal Practice in Moscow. Our practice traditionally participates in complex M&A transactions, Due Diligences, corporate restructurings and other projects under Russian and English law. The position includes the following responsibilities Participation in complex M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and other projects under Russian and English law Advising on various M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, supporting projects in the field of corporate law and the securities market (with minimal involvement of the Partner) Participation in marketing events (writing reviews, articles, participation in conferences, etc.) Successful candidates profile: Hardworking ambitious and enthusiastic lawyer 3-6 years PQE Law degree awarded by a prestigious university LLB or post-graduate degree/qualification with foreign university is an advantage Working experience with a top Russian law firm, BIG4, investment fund Fluent English Strong sense of responsibility for the result Ready to invest your time and efforts into development and promotion of success of the practice (that includes marketing activities and educating junior lawyers).
