Усинск.Our client - one of the biggest international oil and gas company to invite of Field Operations engineer (Usinsk)Requirements: Degree in Petroleum Engineering/Proces Engineering Additional education on operational safety, well operations, reservoir, process Fluent in English Adaptability and ability to work in an international environment Activities: Request For Modifications (RFMs): In charge on site for any RFM: Suggests improvements of the facilities based on site feed-back / Issues RFM to be registered in Moscow. Follow-up of RFMs / Leads RFM pre-study/detailed engineering reviews on site. Follow up of the implementation of facilities modifications and follow up As-Built documentation until close-out. PIDs update (hand mark-up) accordingly in close coordination with PRD/TVX/MNT team Production related issues: Production performance monitoring: Shortfall analysis (planned / unplanned) on a monthly basis and suggestions of improvements to reduce shortfalls Participation in production performance tests organized on site and debottlenecking studies Ensure troubleshooting of process related problems Reporting, planning and follow-up: Report on a weekly basis the RFM progress to Moscow Office. Leads the 6 week-look-ahead planning meeting on Site for coordination between the different departments Development Support activities: Focal point between Ph3 Project Team and Kharyaga Operations Team for Engineering queries Facilitate integration of Package 4 in terms of arrangement and technical solutions (interface for the KD1/KD2/KD3 tie-ins) HSE related items : Ensure application of Company good practises in terms of Field Operations Opersafe on-site coordinator Preparation of the Opersafe (Documentation, tests, follow-up of Opersafe 2008 non closed cards) Interface with Opersafe team during audit (Plannings, Dispatching of findings, ) Development of an action plan post-Opersafe/Follow-up of the recommendations to be implemented Participates in Downgraded Situations meetings + Risk Assessment reviews Muster checker back-up of Muster Point #1 in CPF Conditions: Competitive Salary + Social Package
