Москва.General Summary of the Position Provide full administrative support to the department team Major Responsibilities: Direct support to heads of departments and Business Manager To provide administrative support - answering telephone calls, dealing with expense reports; day-to-day administrative support in different questions related to the Clients/Lending Products business; practical assistance in preparation of proposals and presentations, organization of internal & client meetings Arranging business trips (incl.visa support issues) Coordination/preparation of regional offices staff visits to Moscow Close cooperation with colleagues from other departments & regional offices while preparing joint ING visits/events of different level Arranging drivers work-day schedule Work in a back-up arrangement with other Admin. Assistant Ability to help coordinate issues within the team outside of offices hours (via mobile telephone) Personality Profile: Ability to work with large volumes of information, detail-oriented, organised, able to prioritise; not afraid to take initiative Excellent organizational skills; goal oriented Friendly personality; ability to work under pressure (sometimes), stress tolerant; Good English (both verbal and written); Qualifications: University degree in Linguistics, Economics, Finance, International Relations, Law Fluent English Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point Experience: 2 + years experience as administrative assistant / Personal Assistant (banks, investment companies or other FI is a must)
