Примем на работу business development в г. Москва. Business Development Manager - Russia MISSION: To promote and facilitate business development of new clients and/or exiting clients, taking care of all the pre-sale, sale and post-sale phases, by providing the best value processes and high customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage business development activities for Crif products & services IN THE AREA OF RISK MANAGEMENT AND DECISIONING SOLUTIONS for the financial services in Russia, work on the development of brand awareness and positioning in the market; Manage at the client site, the presentation of projects/ services/ products, acting as the sales manager. Draft commercial proposals that respond to the maximum extent to the clients needs; Manage the negotiation tactic, by placing emphasis on the content of the proposal and negotiate with the client the best price based on the services/products offered. Scouting, pre-sales activities in the market. Create a good client relationship by building trust with the client, thus assuring the client of the efficient development of all project phases, hence, co-ordinate with the specific areas of the firm, the best collaboration to achieve the main goal. Carry out periodic analysis on market competition. Gather all customers feedback and modification required to improve service/product; Monitor and assure the quality of services provided to the clients; Participation in budgeting activities and ensure the achievement of budget goals REQUIREMENTS: Educated to degree level. A university degree in Economics will be highly regarded. At least 10+years experience in the financial services sector in the area of credit risk management and/or retail sales development, taking into account risk management approaches. The candidate must be result driven and highly motivated, possessing the ability to work on their own initiative IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE COMPANYS GOALS and be a sound communicator with the ability to sell, Ability to present to both internal and external customers Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements Ability when requested to travel Good team player; attitude: do all the work it takes to get the required results Sound PC skills Excellent written and verbal English skills
