Client Services Specialist

Москва.Position: Client Services Specialist Department: Client Service Division Report to: Head of Client Services Division Main Responsibilities: Daily clients support - Client Help Desk/ Call Center; Client's daily transaction management (Client's Statements); Static Data support - reconciliation ,monitoring: Atlas, Diasoft; Client Help Desk/ Call Center; E-banking management - receiving, checking client's application and delivering to the relevant departments; Replying to requests from State Authorities, Internal and External Auditors concerning Customers accounts; Replying to requests from Head Office, Relationship Managers concerning Customers accounts; Clients claims processing & monitoring; Assistance to Relationship Managers in their daily work related to Customers Administration; Consulting Corporate Clients on all issues related to Customers Administration Office Activity when necessary; Replying to requests from Head Office, Relationship Managers, other Banks Departments, State Authorities, Internal and External Auditors concerning Customers accounts (balance, movements, turnover); Commission charging: Preparation posting entries form for Charging commissions, delivering to BO for executing Filling / Monitoring / Inventory of Customers Banking Files; Keeping and arrangement the banking legal files (organization of client files, information centralization and updatement); Any other task to be fulfilled in the frame of Department functions. Requirements: Professional knowledge: Knowledge of CBRs requirements for payments (2-P) Knowledge of 115-FZ Local market knowledge on corporate accounts management (CBR recommendations, Russian legislation, banking rules) Professional experience: experience in finance, accounting, operations in banking organization is preferable but not a must; internship in banking sector Education, trainings: High diploma (banking institute or Finance Institute) Level of English: Intermediate Competences: Communication skills and high client minded High level of quality of the services oriented Punctuality and involvement in daily work Team player and effectiveness, autonomy Technical and analytical mind (problems solving) Conditions: Competative market salary; Cash lunch subsidy; Mo Fri, 9 am 6 pm; Location: m.
