The job responsibilities: - Respond in English to our users via designated support interface;- Search for incoming transactions- Сarrying out stuck transactions;- Communicate with users via social networks;- Stay updated with our product, its features and functionality and how our users experience it. Requirements: - Fluency in written English is a must;- Experience with manual transactions;- Excellent customer service skills: ability to be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious;- Strong communication skills and the talent to adapt and respond to the different types of personas and characters.- 1-3 years experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Customer service, or another similar role;- Growth mindset you welcome feedback and constantly want to improve;- Experience in cryptocurrencies is desirable.
