Experience: Minimum 4+ year practical experience in dealer marketing, good knowledge of marketing and sales operations, solid experience at advertising , media and BTL areas Responsibilities: Coordination of subordinates work Dealers Co-op program functioning (creative layouts adaptation and development; financial support; reports); POS materials (adaptation or development, production and delivery to dealers) for new and m/c models and tactical campaigns; Dealers centralized events for new and current models organization; Dealers local events and exhibitions (control and support); Dealers Standards control of fulfillment (Advertising, Events, Information) Pre & Post dealers marketing activity evaluation/ KPIs Effectively manage KMR suppliers (creative/production agencies) Providing KIA dealership with all necessary support (creative layouts, leaflets, POS, special projects development and implementation) Providing the traffic report and clients feedback from KIA dealerships Knowledge and skills: Solid knowledge and experience within automobile industry at the following areas: Retail, Advertising, Marketing Good presentation skills (in English/Russian) Proven good teamwork & communication skills Perosnal characteristics: Self-motivated, active, reliable, stress-stable, ready to develop and implement new initiatives, ready to support
