Lead Technical GD (UE5)

Remote Work Responsibilities: Leading a team of technical game designers: developing plans and allocating workload efficiently among team members; Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of work results; Supporting production processes and integrating content seamlessly; Managing project configuration files, including setup and customization; Conceptualizing and technically implementing game design tasks within the project; Collaborating closely with Game Design, Art, and Development departments; Assigning tasks to programmers as needed and overseeing their execution; Planning project development and monitoring progress, particularly concerning technical game design aspects; Participating in the recruitment process to onboard new team members. Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Lead Technical Game Designer; Experience with UE5 (Blueprints, UMG, ABP, BT); Understanding of software development cycle and testing fundamentals; Good communication skills. Strong gaming experience in mobile/PC products. Would be a plus: Experience with aim assist, or other helper for a player Experience working with AI, behavioural pattern setting, senses.
