Москва.Responsibilities: Realization of the whole process of purchasing equipment and services from vendors; Analysis of the vendors market of oil & gas equipment/services from world known vendors; Conducting technical and commercial negotiations on delivery terms, volumes, payment terms, price; Conducting tender procedures for vendors; Interaction with EPC contractor, understanding of work of EPC contractor; Expediting of contracts execution (from PO to final delivery). Requirements: Higher education; Relevant experience no less than 5 years in multinational EPC projects; Capability of interaction with foreign vendors; Good knowledge of price, materials, technical base of purchased equipment and services; Ability to work carefully with information and large amount of data; English upper-intermediate level(both oral & written).
