Recruitment Specialist (English and Bahasa / Russian and Bahasa)

ALGORITHMICS is an international Programming & Mathematics school for children from 5 to 17 years old, with over 300,000 students currently studying globally. In our classes, we help children take the first step into the world of IT and develop their math knowledge by playfully teaching them and finding an individual approach to each child using a unique methodology and specifically developed online platform. To start working you need to speak the local language and have the ability to communicate in English. What You Will Work On: Take briefs from Hiring Managers to develop vacancy profile Post job adverts on job boards Source candidates directly on professional or social online networks Proactively build and expand a strong candidate pipeline Screen CVs and carry out phone and face-to-face interviews Co-ordinate with Hiring Managers on interview set-up and collect feedback Provide timely feedback to candidates or to suppliers throughout the recruiting process Carry out associated administrative work as needed What will you need: Solid presentation skills - you must be an excellent communicator; Friendly, patient, and professional comportment; Experience in recruitment Know Bahasa We offer: Working in an ambitious international EdTech team - we are growing fast and constantly erasing territorial and language boundaries; Socially oriented goals - we sincerely believe that we can make a difference to children globally with our product; Convenient work schedule (you can work part-time or full-time); Remote work.
