Москва.Responsibilities: Manage the full-life cycle professional recruiting process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, specifically Hunt Flow Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners in the recruiting process from beginning to end Deploy job-appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview techniques and coach hiring managers or teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques Interview and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data Initiate and maintain a network of contacts/agencies to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs Consolidate candidate feedback from the interview team and lead the final assessment and selection process Negotiate offers with candidates Ensure education and training for hiring managers Prepare recruitment statistics and analytical reports Participate in digitalization of recruitment processes, ensuring the use of the latest tools and techniques to streamline the recruitment process Support document workflow with vendors, ensuring that all relevant documentation is properly processed and stored Requirements: Bachelor's degree At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques English language Intermediate PC advanced knowledge: MS Word и Excel, PowerPoint etc. Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and organization skills required Attention to details and ability to deal appropriately with confidential information Ability to work within a team approach We offer: Monthly salary; Health insurance, corporate mobile phone; Corporate learning and development program; non-staff vacancy
