Position Overview: The Sales Team Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enrollment efforts. You will lead a team of dedicated sales professionals to drive student enrollment by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven leader passionate about education and looking to make a significant impact on students' lives worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed enrollment targets. Develop and execute successful sales strategies and plans to attract new families and retain existing ones. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to create compelling messaging and outreach campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current families, providing exceptional service and support. Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare and present reports on team performance, market analysis, and sales forecasts to senior management. Participate in recruitment, training, and development of sales team members to ensure a high-performing team. Qualifications: Advanced or fluent in spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and provide clear instructions and feedback. Proven track record of closing 50,000 in sales per month in B2C sales. Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the education sector or IT industries. Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving sales goals. Familiarity with Bitrix 24 CRM software and sales management tools. Work Schedule and Location: This is a full-time, remote position requiring a commitment to work from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time (ET) to align with American business hours. The role is designed for individuals who are adaptable to working in this time zone, regardless of their physical location.
