Москва.Main Purpose of Job: This position will manage the development, coordination, and implementation of a marketing plan to meet Business Area revenue and 3x pipeline targets. The focus includes opportunity identification, market readiness analysis, as well as driving real results through targeted marketing programs. Coordinates closely with Global Marketing (for positioning, collateral development, advertising, and analyst relations) and Business Solutions (for industry and segment strategy, positioning and sales enablement). The person will leverage both one to many and one to few programs to drive market leadership and capture specific revenue opportunities Responsibilities: Defines strategic and tactical components of the marketing plan. Designs and deploys both leadership and targeted marketing programs. Identifies specific market opportunities and develops integrated campaigns to exploit these revenue opportunities. Sets strategy based on market position (ie expand footprint within existing customer base, drive net new business, etc.) and ensures tactics fit with strategic focus. Develops KPI-driven marketing campaigns to capture specific target revenue opportunities, and plays a leadership role in the creative process for campaign development. These campaigns should use the full range of marketing tools, from online marketing to hard hitting direct mail. Responsible for the results of each campaign, whether or not they are directly managing the tactical execution. Ensures that ROI analysis, success stories, before and after value analysis, references, and other sales enabling tools Drives marketing initiatives through our partner channel. Identifies press and analyst opportunities, and play an instrumental role in the development and execution of a PR and AR campaign This person manages the approved campaign budget from the overall marketing CIS plan, and determines the investment level for each target opportunity and leadership program. Monitors performance KPIs and reacts accordingly Profile requirements: Education Bachelors or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or Computer Science required Experience 5+ years of marketing experience with strong marketing planning, sales support, operational excellence and communication skills The candidate should have demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing plans and strategies and should have prior experience working closely and collaboratively with senior management Skills & Qualifications He/she must exhibit creativity, initiative, good judgment, and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with professional staff and client firms. Understand SAP solutions and positioning for the industry Conduct level industry solution demonstrations Ability to work in multi-country environment.
