What we will do: responding to any user inquiries regarding problems and issues with applications; responding to inquiries from b2b partners and their customers; responding to inquiries about other products; administering a customer's card application: pushing a card order application if it is stuck in one status for a long time; canceling an application; canceling an order; canceling a card recharge transaction; creating tasks on the technical support board to solve problems that cannot be solved by customer support: canceling transactions, replenishing liquidity, solving bugs, reviewing feature requests, etc.; responsible for the tone in communication with the client and requires compliance with service quality and standards. As for requirements: ability to understand complex cases, ask questions and research information; technical literacy; understanding of the cryptocurrency market; english at Intermediate level; written communication in chats and emails in English will be required; empathy.
