Team Lead Golang

The company is a fintech developer and liquidity provider for brokerage companies, banks and investment funds. Also the company has a large arsenal of products and services that can work with any fintech project, we even have our own trading platform. Responsibilities: Designing and developing high-load services from scratchIdentify problems in application's code and form refactoring tasks, decompose story and tasksTech debt structuring and managementConducting code reviewAnalysis of product requirements, design of development plansConstant interaction with Sub-Stream Software Engineers, technical support, project managers, and other stakeholders to optimize processes and improve product qualityResponsibility for product quality and reliabilitySystem technical analysis and elimination of bottlenecksImproving system stability under heavy loads Obligatory:Strong proficiency in the Go programming language with a solid understanding of its core concepts and idiomatic usage and the principles of writing concurrent codeAt least 4 years of practical experience in commercial Go development1+ year experience managing development team of 3+ peopleExperience in developing high-loaded applications (thousands of RPS)Experience working with message brokers and a deep understanding of how they operate.Advanced understanding of microservices architecture design principlesConfident command of SQL databases and skills in working with themExperience with OpenAPI, Protobuf and GRPCPreferably:Deep understanding of CI/CDKnowledge of SOLID, design patterns, the experience of applying themExperience with other programming languages and technologies (e.g., PHP, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
