Москва.Technical Team Lead Internal SAP ProjectLocation:Central MoscowExperience: 5+ yearsexperience, at least 3 full cycles SAP implementation project atthe leading positionA fantastic opportunity exists for a highly experiencedand motivated SAP Technical Specialist to join ayoung, dynamic project team. Your role is to coordinate and leadthe processes integration within the internal SAP project for anexceptional Consulting Company which is going through rapid growthin Russia and the CIS and therefore looking to implement SAPinternally to enable business transformation.Your key accountabilities are tolead, control and coordinate:- Manage SAP Basis and Development teams- Manage core technical system deliverables- Manage core SAP development (ABAP and WEB Dynpro)and data conversion activities- Manage SAP Basis team activities including systemauthorisations- Understanding of functional configuration in coreSAP modules- Input into Technical specification of SAPdevelopments- Input into all testing phases- Support Data migration, design of interfaces- Compilation of relevant project technicaldocumentationScope and Deliverables include:- System Technical design documentation- SAP technical standards documentation- Support Development of system test scripts andscenarios- Support Cut-over planning for Basis relatedacivitiesTo be successful in this position you will be anexperienced SAP Technical specialist. Excellent communication andbusiness relationship building skills are a must.A creative but structured individual who is highlyadaptable and forward thinking would be perfect. Modern ideascombined with a youthful outlook on life is paramount. Thesuccessful candidate will need to be innovative but still maintaina strong delivery focus with outstanding project managementrigour.The following are skills and experiences areessential:- Well rounded business expertise and sound commercialacumen- Multi-country training project experience- Strong team leading background, ideally within an ITand business transformation environment- Fluent Russian and EnglishThe successful candidate must be prepared to travel asinternational travel may be required.
