Ahlers is an international dynamic player in the field oflogistics and maritime services. The group consists today of anetwork of 43 own offices spread over Europe, CIS and Asia. We areemploying more than 900 people and we can rely on an excellentnetwork of agents and partners.In Saint Petersburg Ahlers is active in international forwarding,distribution, warehousing, customs brokerage and agency. The Ahlersteam in Saint Petersburg consists of 150 people (in two locations)and is expanding rapidly.Last year we opened our 25.000m2 distribution center ALC : ourfull capacity is already operational for MNCs and we are planningfor futher expansion.To realise our ambitions and to support the growth of our companywe are looking for a Commercial Director.He/she will be responsible for all aspects of sales and businessdevelopment of our activities in St Peterburg in close cooperationwith the other offices of the Ahlers network. The CommercialDirector will be part of the Management team and will reportdirectly to the General Manager.Key Responsibilities:To diagnose effectively market and customer opportunities andto establish contacts on the highest level with customers andprospectsTo sell the Ahlers logistics service portfolio to existing andnew customers in the regionTo work out logistics sollutions, deliver proposals, makepresentations and negotiate prices and contractsTo be in close contact with other offices of the Ahlers networkin order to approach and serve customers in joint effort the restof the CISTo develop the sales approach of the organization and to builda strong sales teamRequirements:University degree in Economics /Business/Technical orequivalent.Fluent business EnglishExperienced in international sales of logisticsservicesKnowledge of the CIS market and the logistics industryHaving international exposure and working experience with awestern companyUndisputable sales drive and hunting spiritStrong in communication, networking and negotiatingAble to work independently, result-oriented and proactiveReady to travel regularlyIrreproachable behaviourAhlers is offering:An international work environment characterized by anentrepreneurial and innovative culturePlenty of opportunities to develop knowledge andcompetencesChances for career developmentA competitive salary packageAn enthousiast teamКлючевые слова: коммерческий директор, директор по продажам,начальник коммерческого отдела, начальник отдела продаж
