The main goal of our company is to make a difference in the way customers are approached - we CARE for each customer individually by providing lightning speed, top notch service. We work 24/7. Our Care Agents work 40 hours a week with rotation sсhedules including working night shifts and weekends. If you LOVE people then WELCOME Respond to client inquiries via: Live Chat, Tickets (emails) Responsibilities: Respond to customers concerns, issues and questions. Resolve customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability. Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers inquiries. Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary. Prepare product FAQ / Guide HC maintenance and update customer files by gathering data collected during customer interactions. Work with CRM systems - Zendesk, Crowdin, Jira, Confluence, etc. What we are looking for from you: - you love people and troubleshooting; you can express your thoughts in an accessible and simple way; you speak English fluently; you handle stress well; you are responsible and like working in a team.
