Position title: Manager of Raw materials Purchasing Unit (Commercial Department, Beijing RUSAL Trade Company Ltd) Company background: Beijing RUSAL Trade Company is a trading company within United Company RUSAL group. We are looking for an accomplished Manager of Raw Materials Purchasing Unit. Position purpose To take an integral and proactive part in providing for purchasing raw materials (such as coal tar pitch, aluminum fluoride, alloys, metals) in China. Position responsibilities Searching for the suppliers of coal tar pitch, alumina fluoride, alloys and metals in China; Execution of existing contract for supplying of different raw materials; Commercial and technical negotiations; Control of all procurement process; Contract matching with supplier; Assistance to end user for all logistical operations; Control of shipping delays; Cooperation with other subdivisions of holding. Requirements Higher education (Supply Chain & Logistics, International Trade, Economics); At least 2 years of experience in procurement and import-export activity, preferably procurement of raw materials, alloys, metals. Upper-Intermediate English is a must, Russian is an advantage; Understanding of the procurement process, preferably experience in procurement of raw materials, working experience in any aluminium/trading company is an advantage; Knowledge of Incoterms; Personal competencies: communication skills, organization and planning skills, attention to details, ability to work under pressure and solve problems, flexibility and pro-active approach, ability to work in team and independently. Good knowledge of software applications (strong MS Excel user, MS Office and Outlook).
