Санкт-Петербург.Our client is now lookingMAINTENANCE MANAGER Job Description: Manage the optimal performance of all machines in the plant and the facility maintenance to ensure that the customer production requirements are met. Responsibilities: Preventive maintenance: Planning and Ensure that start-up and preventative checks are done Corrective maintenance: manage the diagnostic problems and set the priorities in repairing breakdowns to the maintenance team Planing and control of tools and tools changes on the production lines Motivation and development of the maintenance staff Maintain records in SAP and the control about downtimes, type of breakdowns and repairs, time spent on repair work... Ensure all maintenance functions are carried out Requirements: Technical Engineering / Technical secondary school Degree in terms of Automation (Robots). Lean manufacturing. Basic Knowledge of TMP and Assembly tooling and equipment. Knowledge on molds is a plus SAP Ability to manage and lead Maintenance team, to work under pressure, strong communication skills Industrial Management System Knowledge in terms of setting up robots Knowledge in assembly tooling and equipment English (Fluent in speaking and writing)
