At the moment we are in search of a regional director for one of our key regions in Southeast Asia. Your main goal will be to maximize the business performance of the region by elaborating and implementing a strategy for the development of the entire business in the country. Future tasks: elaboration and implementation of a business development strategy in the region; identifying growth areas in the region and providing evidence of their impact; сonducting market monitoring, including the regulatory environment, in order to identify opportunities and threats for the development of a strategy or rapid response; development and management of the current business model; facilitating collaboration among departments and divisions to foster regional development; managing the regional budget; implementing effective risk management strategies within the region; tracking industry trends and incorporating them into strategic planning; joint work with the finance department on the analysis and development of key financial indicators of the region; leading a team of professionals in marketing, sales, finance and HR; working with internal and external stakeholders; reporting results in the region, based on key metrics, to top management. What we expect: proven experience in company management or top-level management within a large organization, delivering tangible results over a minimum period of three years; prior work experience in the Fintech industry or related fields is essential; proficiency in formulating and executing business strategies; proficiency in effectively coordinating complex processes; an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making; knowledge of fundamental financial, product, and marketing metrics; a willingness to immerse oneself in unfamiliar area and investigate new challenges; fluency in English language; willingness to travel for business purposes.
